The Lovell is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leicester to drive financial performance on refurbishment projects. You will own cost control, maximise profitability, and ensure commercial governance across multiple developments.

In this role you will lead commercial activities from award to final account, manage cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations, while partnering with project teams and stakeholders to optimise value and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a quantity surveyor in refurbishment projects.
• Ability to lead commercial activities from award to final account.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities from project award through final account settlement.
• Manage cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, procurement, and contractual compliance.
