• Experience in planned maintenance, refurbishment, and construction project delivery.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and knowledge of health and safety.
• Knowledge of CDM compliance and quality management; high-rise projects and resident liaison desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple high-value planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
