TrustedTech in London is seeking a Project Manager – Professional Services to own end-to-end delivery of UK engagements, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence with a white-glove approach.

You will work with Delivery Managers, Cloud Architects, and clients to align on goals, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-growing Microsoft Partner environment. Hybrid role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; professional certifications welcomed.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Professional Services projects from intake through closure.
• Define detailed project plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Lead kickoff sessions and align teams and clients on goals.
• Deliver weekly status reports and track scope, budget, and timeline.
