Job summary

TrustedTech, a leading Microsoft CSP, seeks a Project Manager – Professional Services to own end-to-end delivery for UK engagements from intake to closure. You will partner with Delivery Managers, Architects, Account Managers, and clients to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget outcomes with a white-glove service approach.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Waterfall/Agile/hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification; certifications welcome.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects while delivering white-glove service.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and PSA tools.
• Adapts to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to meet deadlines independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Professional Services projects from intake through closure.
• Translate SOWs into detailed project plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Lead kickoff sessions and align teams and clients on goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including architects and partners.
• Lead meetings, ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress; escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day execution and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver weekly status reports.
• Develop schedules and communication strategies for on-time delivery.
• Identify schedule risks and build contingency plans.
