Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle across cloud, infrastructure, and workplace transformation initiatives. The role sits in the Managed Services Business Unit within Professional Services and is based in a hybrid model with offices in York or Birmingham.

You will own medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 transformation projects.
• Azure migrations, Modern Workplace deployments, and ITSM change.
• Azure Fundamentals certification minimum, with advanced certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP project delivery methods.
• Confident stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Managed Services experience and flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Define project scope, deliverables, risks, costs, and customer expectations.
• Build detailed project plans with timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Drive strong team performance and successful project delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Work closely with architects and technical specialists to resolve challenges.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and contractual commitments.
• Ensure governance and Professional Services standards are followed.
