Job summary

Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major highways and infrastructure delivery. You will drive the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams in a multidisciplinary environment.

The role focuses on highways, transport and structures, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management to deliver high-impact schemes across Calderdale.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highways, transport, structures or civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing projects through development, design, procurement and construction stages.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Lead development activities and delivery of major highways, transport and infrastructure projects.
• Manage programme, budget and risk; coordinate technical teams and contractors.
