Calderdale Norse Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead major highways, transport and infrastructure projects in Calderdale. You will manage development, design, procurement and construction across a multidisciplinary team, ensuring on-time delivery and value for money.

You'll oversee budgets, programmes and risks, coordinate consultants and contractors, and engage stakeholders across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering highways, transport, structures or civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing projects through development, design, procurement and construction stages.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Understanding of contract administration and project governance arrangements.
• Experience engaging stakeholders in complex and politically sensitive environments.
• Knowledge of budget, programme and risk management for capital infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of legislation, standards and industry best practice associated with highways and infrastructure delivery.
