Job summary

Manchester Arndale is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary construction projects across HVAC, M&E, and Fit-Out/Building Fabric within live sites in the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland. The role requires a flexible, proactive individual able to coordinate client needs, teams, and schedules.

You will drive delivery, manage budgets, and ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality across multiple frameworks and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering construction projects.
• Mechanical, Electrical or Building Fabric experience essential.
• Experience in office refurbishment / fit out projects up to £5m.
• Current position as a Project Manager looking to advance in career.
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and resource planning.
• Ability to develop, manage and empower a team.
• Deadline driven and committed to progression of personnel and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multidisciplinary projects across HVAC, M&E and Fit-Out/Building Fabric elements within live operational buildings.
• Liaise with client/stakeholders to understand needs and produce project proposals.
• Manage project costs to meet budget and programme; track KPIs and client satisfaction.
• Mobilise and manage project teams and supply chain partners; ensure staff have necessary skills.
• Develop construction programme throughout project lifespan and monitor progress.
