Job summary

Currie & Brown Group Limited in Manchester seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead design and construction activities across multi-site projects within a leading international asset management consultancy.

You will liaise with clients, designers and contractors, coordinate design work, manage cost and delivery, and drive outcomes with a proactive team across education and other sectors. A strong background in fit-out projects and risk management is desirable.

Qualifications

• Technical delivery experience in the construction industry.
• Good written and client-facing communication skills.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive and commercially astute.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and diplomacy.
• Experience in the education sector environment would be advantageous.
• Experience of fit-out projects.
• Risk management qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of multi-site projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders including client teams, designers, contractors, FM and security consultants.
• Lead the design coordination of customer fit-out against client design guides and constraints.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Set objectives and priorities as part of a proactive team.
• Maintain effective communication for successful project completion and financial control.
• Assist with commercial management services.
• Deliver all outputs accurately and on time.
• Provide cost management support to the team leader.
• Represent the company professionally to form strong client relationships.
