Job summary

Pains Fireworks Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile events across the sporting and entertainment sectors. You will manage projects from enquiry through delivery, liaising with clients, suppliers and venues, and being on-site to ensure a spectacular result.

The role requires strong project management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and crews.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience delivering events or live projects.
Experience in events, entertainment, production, sporting or live events is a plus.
Strong client-facing and budgeting skills with the ability to manage costs and timelines.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from start to finish, including client relationships and acting as main contact.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.
Attend client and site meetings and conduct site visits.
Assist with sales quotations and project proposals.
Coordinate logistics, equipment, crew and transport.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues and production companies.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Oversee on-site delivery of events and displays.
Problem-solve and make decisions in fast-moving live events environments.
Work closely with technical and operations teams.
Support development of new business opportunities and client relationships.
