Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) is seeking an Associate Project Manager for a flagship Life Sciences project in Cambridge. You will lead a small team, manage governance, and coordinate with clients and consultants on a high-value scheme valued over £100m.

Experience includes 10+ years in project management, NEC contract familiarity, and construction discipline qualifications. A hybrid working pattern and competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or MSc in construction related discipline.
• MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB membership advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all project activities with governance protocols.
• Interface with clients and consultants to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Maintain Health and Safety, QA, and Risk Management standards.
• Define time, cost, specs and KPIs for project success.
• Develop detailed project plans and governance processes.
• Identify resources and advise on procurement strategies.
• Lead diverse teams and maintain high productivity.
• Monitor finances and manage change control to protect viability.
• Ensure transparent data flow via regular briefings and reports.
