M&G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects within Life Change & Transformation. You will define business cases, scope, resources and benefits, while maintaining governance and budgets.

You will collaborate with sponsors, external partners and internal teams to realise expected outcomes. The role offers two office days per week across London, Stirling or Edinburgh, with flexible working arrangements and strong emphasis on governance

Qualificações

• Significant track record of end-to-end delivery of projects in highly regulated environments.
• Financial Services experience is essential; Life and Pensions experience is desirable.
• Experience leading business, technical and regulatory projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects and define business case, objectives, scope and benefits.
• Create and maintain project plans with risk mitigation; assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Forecast future resources and manage budgets, risks and changes; ensure benefits realization.
