Job summary

Senior Project Manager role at M&G in the Life Change & Transformation team. You will own end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects, defining business cases, scope, resources and expected benefits.

You will work with Sponsor, stakeholders and delivery partners, maintaining governance, budgets and schedules while ensuring value realisation. We offer flexible working arrangements and a range of UK-wide benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant and demonstrable track record of end to end delivery of projects, including turning around failing projects.
• Experience in Financial Services and life/pensions domains is essential/desirable.
• Ability to manage complex programmes with governance, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects with defined business case and benefits.
• Define project objectives, scope, resources and timelines with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain governance standards, risk logs and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Conduct lessons learned and ensure knowledge sharing within the PM community.
