You'll work across the full project lifecycle, providing direction, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes.
You'll be responsible for managing plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources, while creating the right environment for teams to collaborate and deliver effectively.
You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior clients and external suppliers, translating between different audiences and ensuring expectations remain aligned.
The role requires someone who can adapt their delivery approach to the context, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
You'll also contribute to governance, assurance, business readiness and change, while challenging processes and removing obstacles that could prevent successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation, planning and safe execution of a single project or several smaller initiatives, actively participating in all phases of the project, Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project.
Waterfall, Agile and Lean Practices Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use.
Communicate between the technical and non-technical
Manage stakeholders' expectations and be flexible, is capable of proactive and reactive communication.
Facilitates difficult discussions within the team or with diverse senior stakeholders.
Adds value and can coach the organisation to inspect and adapt processes.
Guides teams and the business through the implementation of a new process Planning
Uses data to inform planning and manages internal and external dependencies.
Can remove blockers or impediments and develops a plan for difficult situations.

Manages the delivery projects or services at different phases Skills and Experience: Proactive and accountable approach, taking ownership of challenges and coordinating the right resources to achieve successful business outcomes Strong passion for digital and technology, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve ways of working, increase efficiency and productivity, and reduce costs Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions using logical thinking, data analysis, and structured tools and techniques Ability to develop both short-term operational plans and longer-term strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives Strong understanding of wider business priorities, risks, policies, standards, and strategic vision, with the ability to assess the broader impact of decisions Experience gathering and interpreting user needs through evidence-based approaches, translating requirements into user stories and effective service or design solutions Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation Proven planning and reporting experience, including the use of Microsoft Project and the preparation of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Good understanding of complex and diverse business and operational environments, including organisational structures, functions, and service delivery models Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to identify and influence the most appropriate approach for successful delivery Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, supported by relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience Experience delivering technology projects while maintaining effective governance, financial controls, and project oversigh Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture Qualifications & Certifications: A degree or equivalent qualification related to the area you work in
