Triad Group Plc is recruiting a Senior Project Manager on a fixed term contract. You will own the delivery of major projects or multiple initiatives, across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, working with senior clients and external suppliers.
You will manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver expected outcomes. Based at client sites, or remotely, with offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes as needed.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, providing direction, maintaining delivery momentum and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing plans, priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources, while creating the right environment for teams to collaborate and deliver effectively. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior clients and external suppliers, translating between different audiences and ensuring expectations remain aligned. The role requires someone who can adapt their delivery approach to the context, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate. You'll also contribute to governance, assurance, business readiness and change, while challenging processes and removing obstacles that could prevent successful delivery.

Due to the nature of this position, you must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To be eligible, you must have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.
