Job summary

Mivan Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark fit-out project in St Andrews. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, ensure quality and safety, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience on new build and fit-out projects, with a commercially astute mindset and strong leadership capabilities to influence stakeholders and deliver on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience on new build and fit-out type projects.
• Commercially astute with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and secure necessary resources to meet deadlines.
• Establish and manage project budgets and ensure delivery within targets.
• Ensure work meets client specifications and quality standards with ITPs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Manage all project resources including staff, labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
