Job summary

Agilité Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior fit-out projects in the UK and across Europe. Reporting to the UK country head, you will own projects from pre-construction to handover, coordinating technical, financial, contractual and safety performance on-site.

You will drive delivery with a strong commercial mindset, lead complex tasks, and manage subcontractors, stakeholders and reporting, while upholding HQSE standards and ensuring client

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in a demanding construction or fit-out environment.
• Experience within the construction sector, ideally with a recognised general contractor.
• Proven delivery of office, retail or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
• Strong alignment with Agilité’s values and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Involves pre-construction and tender involvement, assessing feasibility and delivery strategy.
• Take full ownership of fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover and OPR; lead negotiations with subcontractors.
• Oversee financial and contractual management to ensure delivery within budget.
• Act as on-site representative and main point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Apply HQSE regulations across all project activities and ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate project information clearly to teams and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Support training plans and development of team members and promote a collaborative culture.
