Job summary

Phillips Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to serve as the vital link between on-site maintenance and customer maintenance centers, owning the digital heartbeat of our operations.

You will orchestrate scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination and cross-team communication to keep equipment running at peak performance daily; PMP is a plus. This role requires 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial project management with personnel, P&L and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of US government procurement operations (FFP, IDIQ, Cost Plus) and FAR/GSAR.
• Industrial maintenance experience including machine tool knowledge.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 10/30 preferred, OSHA 500 trainer a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of parts deliveries and maintenance windows.
• Direct the onsite Phillips team and coordinate subcontractors.
• Bridge the gap between on-site maintenance and customer centers.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all operations and maintain records.
