Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level (Mech/Elec/Chem) with minimum 3 years’ experience of contract management.
• Ideally qualified in PMI or equivalent.
• Proficient in standard MS office suite of programmes, including Teams, SharePoint, Project and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract portfolio management to deliver on-time and within budget.
• Chair progress meetings with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Generate contract documentation and reports for management.
• Participate in project meetings locally, nationally or remotely.
• Provide proactive support to other departments to hit deliverables.
• Oversee pre-delivery inspections and generate engineering reports to support contracts.
