Job summary

Triad Group Plc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of major digital projects across client sites and our offices in Godalming or Milton Keynes. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure outcomes meet client and business objectives.

You’ll shape governance, use Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex digital, technology or business change projects.
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies, selecting the approach per project.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives and deliver successfully.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, budgets and resources throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and create an environment for effective collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and external suppliers, ensuring alignment.
• Select and adapt delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) as appropriate.
• Governance, assurance, reporting and decision-making processes for projects.
