Job summary

RLB in Reading is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team. You will lead projects across diverse sectors from inception to completion, while collaborating with senior management and stakeholders across the UK.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern and opportunities for training, APC mentoring, and professional development within a supportive, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Management degree or similar qualification.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification or currently working toward – support provided to achieve this.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects from inception to post-completion, securing repeat business.
• Manage contracts and implement change control processes.
• Support development of fee proposals and client relationships.
• Ensure value for money and adherence to processes and quality standards.
• Provide line management support to Project Management team where applicable.
