Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Reading team. You will lead project delivery across sectors including higher education, residential, commercial and healthcare, ensuring client satisfaction and value.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction qualification.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification or currently working toward – we will provide all necessary support to help you achieve this
• Proven experience delivering projects as the lead Project Manager either as a consultant or client side

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of projects to secure repeat business.
• Contract administration with knowledge of building contracts.
• Implement and manage a change control process.
• Support Associates in line management duties where applicable.
• Assist in development of fee proposals and responses to RFPs.
