Job summary

Mploy Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major product development programme from early deployments to commercial scale. You will work across engineering, software, product and commercial teams to align workstreams, manage risks and deliver milestones on time and within budget.

You will be proactive, commercially minded and enjoy ownership, collaborating across teams in a fast-moving, investor-backed technology business that values impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven Project or Programme Management experience within a technology, engineering or product development environment.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The confidence to influence technical and commercial teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a multi-million-pound product development programme.
• Build and manage integrated project plans across multiple technical workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering, software, product, operations and commercial teams.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines and project risks.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across the programme.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Ensure key deliverables are validated, documented and transitioned into commercial deployment.
• Produce regular reporting and updates for senior leadership.
• Identify and remove delivery risks to keep projects moving at pace.
• Support the ongoing growth and maturity of programme management across the business.
