Concurrent in Colchester, Essex, or Theale, Reading, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering projects from bid through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and bridge strategic aims with execution to drive growth and successful outcomes.

Based on a hybrid model with offices in Colchester or Reading, the role offers exposure to high‑end embedded solutions across defence, telecoms and aerospace, shaping delivery excellence and business

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering engineering projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with cost, risk and change management in engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through the full lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders and customer relationships to align with objectives.
• Forecast resources and manage budgets to maximise profitability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones using MS Project.
