Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search seeks an HVDC Senior Project Manager for a leading renewable energy company in the UK. The role leads the HVDC project department through EPC phases, managing a £1bn megaproject end-to-end and directing 10+ reports.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive contractual and technical negotiations, and target progression to HVDC Director within three years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects.
• Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills.

• Leadership of 10+ direct reports
• Planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Contractual and Technical negotiations
• Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years

The Person:

As the HVDC Senior Project Manager you will likely have:

• Masters in Electrical Engineering qualified
• 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects
• Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills
