Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search seeks an HVDC Senior Project Manager for a leading renewable energy company in the UK. The role leads the HVDC project department through EPC phases, managing a £1bn megaproject end-to-end and directing 10+ reports.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive contractual and technical negotiations, and target progression to HVDC Director within three years.

Qualifications

• Masters in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects.
• Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases.
• Oversee a HVDC Megaproject valued at £1bn from end-to-end.
• Lead 10+ direct reports.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct contractual and technical negotiations.
• Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years.
