A business on the up. Major growth. Real career progression.
Turner Lovell is partnering with a rapidly growing power and infrastructure business to recruit an Electrical Project Manager to support its expanding HV division.
With the business expected to double in size over the next 12-18 months, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company at a pivotal stage of its growth, where you can make a genuine impact, take ownership of key projects and progress your career as the business continues to expand.
Working across high-value HV infrastructure projects for DNOs, IDNOs, data centres and major industrial clients, you’ll join a team delivering critical power infrastructure across the UK.
This is a role for someone who wants more than just another project to manage. It's an opportunity to join a business going places, with the scope to grow alongside it.
As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the interface between design and delivery across HV infrastructure projects, typically ranging from 11kV to 132kV+.
You’ll coordinate design development and approvals, manage technical stakeholders, support procurement planning and ensure projects are positioned for successful delivery.
Working closely with internal delivery teams, design consultants, DNOs, IDNOs and client-side engineers, you’ll play a key role in keeping live projects moving, resolving technical challenges and managing programme and delivery risk.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where strong coordination, commercial awareness and the ability to make things happen are essential.
You’ll have experience delivering HV electrical infrastructure projects and be comfortable working in a live project environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving progress.
We’re particularly interested in people who have progressed from design engineering into project delivery, or experienced engineers and project managers looking for greater responsibility and a stronger long-term career opportunity.
If you’re an experienced HV Project Manager, Electrical Engineer or design professional looking to take the next step with a business that has significant growth ambitions, we’d welcome a conversation.
