Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Project Manager to work with the Energy Team on the SSE ASTI Framework. The role involves full accountability for delivery of HV transmission and distribution projects, with emphasis on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will lead contract programmes, manage a multi-disciplined team, and maintain strong client relationships across stakeholders. Successful candidates will have PM experience in HV/major civils projects, appropriate qualifications (HNC/HND/NVQ5

Qualifications

Experience in delivering HV Transmission & Distribution or Major Civils projects.
Experience within a Project Managerial role.
HNC / HND or NVQ Level 5 (or Degree)
Experience working on complex multi-discipline enhancement projects with programme & cost controls.

Responsibilities

Fully accountable for delivery of projects, ensuring safety, on time, in accordance with contract and budget.
Sets the overall standard on the projects/contract.
Identify and deliver project requirements.
Identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Ensure contract programmes are planned, reviewed, and delivered.
Line manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Section Managers.
Maintain effective client relationship management and provide updates to stakeholders.
