Murphy is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to work on Energy projects from Chesterfield to Willington as part of the Great Grid partnership. You will lead delivery, manage multi-discipline teams, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget performance with strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should have HV Transmission & Distribution or major civils experience, plus a PM background. HNC/HND/NVQ Level 5 or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• HV transmission & distribution project delivery experience.
• Experience in a project management role on complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across clients and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, and to budget.
• Coordinate multi-discipline project delivery and manage site/engineering managers.
• Manage client relationships and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Plan contract programmes and ensure resources and materials are available.
• Oversee cost control and commercial performance including gross margin.
• Resolve operational issues through escalation to the Project Director.
