Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Energy Team on the SSE ASTI Framework. The role focuses on delivering HV Transmission & Distribution projects with strong programme and cost controls, while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring safe, on-time execution.

You will be responsible for contract programmes, resource planning and commercial outcomes, including gross margin management across multi-discipline enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering HV Transmission & Distribution or Major Civils projects.
• Experience within a Project Managerial role.
• Experience of working on complex multi-discipline Enhancement projects, delivering within programme and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Be fully accountable for delivery of projects, ensuring safety, on time and to budget.
• Set the overall standard on the projects/contract and ensure requirements are delivered.
• Maintain effective client relationships and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Plan, review and deliver contract programmes with resource and material planning.
• Manage subcontractors and cost control to protect gross margin.
