Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the project.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors for coordinated delivery.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to minimise delays.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure work meets company and industry standards through snagging and inspections.
• Address on-site challenges promptly to maintain momentum.
• Monitor budgets and variations, keep accurate records of progress.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to resolve technical queries.
• Review subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with specs.
• Manage project completion and smooth handover, addressing post-handover issues.
