Job summary

Beyond is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development projects from inception to completion in Central London/SOHO. Capstone Recruitment has been engaged to appoint this role.

The successful candidate will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage programme, cost and risk, and act as Employer’s Agent when required. We value strong commercial acumen, client-facing skills, and the ability to grow Beyond’s project management offering.

Qualifications

• Eight years’ experience in consultancy and/or client‑side delivery.
• Proven track record delivering development projects from inception to completion.
• Experience as Employer’s Agent or client representative under JCT or similar contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leading development projects from inception through to completion
• Directing and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
• Managing programme, cost, risk and project reporting
• Acting as Employer’s Agent/client representative where required
• Working closely with investors, developers, landowners and other clients
• Managing relationships with the construction supply chain
• Taking responsibility for cost performance, reporting and financial management
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
• Developing existing client relationships and helping generate new business
• Working directly with the Director of Project Management and CEO
