Everybody, a London-based, B Corp certified digital agency, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across health and wellness brands. You will own plans and budgets, coach teams, and nurture trusted client relationships while ensuring quality and scope compliance.

Working with Client Services, SEO/GEO, content, and tech teams, you will monitor budgets, forecast, and mitigate risks, delivering successful programmes with high margins and strong stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional digital/marketing projects end-to-end.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and resource management.
• Experience with scoping, estimating, assumptions and change control.
• Commercial acumen including budget and margin management.
• Confident in senior client communications and escalations.
• Ability to source local language contractors for local language content.
• Familiar with MLR and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience with project-management and reporting platforms, preferably Wrike and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple complex projects and programmes with a clear plan and a named owner for every workstream.
• Turn scopes of work into resourced delivery plans, agreeing assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria before work starts.
• Coordinate specialists across SEO and GEO, paid media, research, content, creative, data and technology as client priorities move.
• Responsible for quality assurance and delivery readiness.
• Support the agency-wide operational model update led by the Operations Director, and help the delivery team adopt it.
• Build cross-agency reviews, healthcare compliance stages and other external approval requirements into your plans, and elevate unclear or high‑risk requirements early.
• Track budget, burn and forecast for your projects. Flag scope creep and resourcing pressure while there is still time to fix it.
• Partner with Client Services on project health, budgets, change control and client expectations.
• Escalate early, providing recommendations on how to resolve issues
• Brief teams properly and hand over cleanly.
