Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within cultural, design or creative industries.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets (£1m+) and international clients.
• Strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams including designers, strategists, architects, and press.
• Excellent client-facing communication and formal presentation delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across high-profile client accounts, including global campaigns and activations.
• Draft and issue detailed project scopes, timelines and deliverable documentation; coordinate information flow across teams.
• Onboard and oversee external suppliers, assess budgets, monitor deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
