Alpine Racing Limited, based at Enstone in Oxfordshire, UK, is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of Formula 1 projects, align cross-functional teams and report progress to Programme Managers. The role involves line management of coordinators, planning, and improving operations within a fast-paced racing programme.

The ideal candidate will understand F1 project planning, coordinate with Engineering and Operations, and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Formula 1 projects in line with high-level programme plans.
• Line management of Project Coordinators within the Project team.
• Author project plans for projects within assigned car section.
• Raise works orders and create Ensemble tasks to enact plans in Production and Technical areas.
