Job summary

Renault Group's Alpine Formula 1 Team is seeking an organised Project Manager to own car-section projects from concept to completion, coordinating design, manufacturing and schedules at the Enstone facility. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering and operations to ensure milestones are met and performance targets achieved.

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders while upholding health, safety

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience in Formula 1, motorsport, automotive, aerospace or fast-paced engineering.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong project planning and scheduling experience.
• Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate project risks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent IT and systems skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design resource planning and timely release of engineering data.
• Create and maintain project manufacturing plans aligned to milestones.
• Lead planning, production and status meetings across departments.
• Manage work orders to support capacity planning and on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Support health, safety, environmental and inclusion objectives.
