Job summary

ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking a Project Manager Placement Student to support planning, coordination and monitoring of F1 component delivery across engineering, production and programme functions.

You will work with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery of parts and assemblies, gaining hands-on experience in the lifecycle from design release to build, and developing practical project management skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree with a placement year in a related field.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Effective communicator with range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
• Proactive, resilient and eager to learn in a high-performance environment.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Must be available to attend onsite interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and production meetings, capturing status updates across technical and production functions.
• Assist in creating and communicating project plans.
• Raise works orders and system tasks to allocate work across departments.
• Track progress of design, production and build activities against deadlines.
• Escalate delivery risks to the Lead Project Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recover delays and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate project data in relevant systems.
• Prepare status summaries, reports and updates for project reviews.
• Support continuous improvement across the programme.
