Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager to join the ADT Major Projects Group in Manchester, delivering UK-wide major projects with a focus on cost management, health and safety, and subcontractor oversight.

You will lead onsite teams, coordinate with clients and suppliers, drive on-time delivery, and maintain strong relationships while upholding safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire & security industry preferred.
• Customer-facing environment experience required or beneficial.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage major projects across the UK with cost management focus.
• Oversee health & safety, programme delivery and site control.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and maintain client relationships.
• Provide day-to-day direction to onsite teams and ensure on-time delivery.
