You will oversee large construction programs, partner with the Project Manager on health and safety, scheduling, site control, and subcontractor management while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Essential: Driving license and customer-facing experience.
• Essential: Management of field teams within Fire & Security.
• Essential: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Essential: People management and ability to develop a team.
• Essential: Electrical background and subcontractor management.
• Desirable: ECS Gold Card or SSSTS certification.
• Desirable: Experience on large sites and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADT Major Project Group: oversee large UK construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager focusing on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor management.
• Develop strong client relationships and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to onsite teams and ensure productive, cost-efficient operations.
