Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead major UK construction projects within the ADT Major Project Group. You will work with the Project Manager focusing on health and safety, programme management, site control and subcontractor oversight, while strengthening client relationships.

You will guide an on-site team, drive timely delivery, maintain a professional image, and ensure productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Driving licence is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Management of field teams within Fire & Security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• People management with field-manager experience preferred.
• Proactive, professional approach; ability to build relationships and influence.
• Electrical background.
• Experience managing subcontractors on large sites.
• Ensure operatives are productive, cost-efficient and professional.
• Experience installing fire alarms and security systems.
• Commercially minded with strong health and safety emphasis.
• ECS Gold Card or SSSTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site health and safety, programme management, and site control.
• Manage subcontractors and relationships with clients.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to the on-site team.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting financial and performance targets.
