Job summary

Servaada, a Wipro UK entity, is seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead complex change in financial services platforms and propositions. This role offers hybrid working with travel to Bath as required.

You will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including digital and regulatory change, collaborating with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering change and transformation within Financial Services.
• Proven experience leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery.
• Strong track record delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery execution.
• Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, tailoring delivery approaches to achieve the best outcomes.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience within Wealth Management, Investment Platforms or Consulting environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Drive digital and mobile platform enhancements.
• Oversee product and proposition development and regulatory change.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology transformation programmes.
