The Environment Agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the financial and business management of a major digital transformation programme. We have an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic planning and business management of the largest digital transformation programme within the Environment & Business directorate. The Regulatory Services Programme is responsible for delivering digital services that will transform environmental regulation.
You will lead within the Programme Management Office (PMO), providing valuable input into the financial and business management of the Programme. Your role will support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and barrier removal to ensure alignment with the business case and value for money.
We seek someone with a strong track record in managing complex financial information, collaborating to drive value for money, and influencing ongoing investment.
The Digital, Innovation and Programmes team oversees the Digital Strategy and its implementation, shaping digital services to transform environmental regulation. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Defra shared services and third-party suppliers to deliver user-centered, efficient, and accessible digital platforms.
