Blank Space Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Event Project Manager to lead large-scale conferences and awards for a West Midlands agency. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to production, coordinating logistics, creative, and production teams to ensure on-time, on-budget events.

The role requires an events agency background, proven leadership of major events, strong budget and stakeholder management, and a flexible in-office presence 2–3 days per week.

SUPERB opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager to lead a wide range of large scale conferences and awards ceremonies!

The company

This leading events and production agency delivers a range of live events, creative conferences and campaigns for a range of big name brands, from internal events to incentives and awards they are at the top of the industry when it comes to event activation and production. Clients are varied in industry sector and they have an amazing culture that boasts excellent staff retention.

The role

The Senior Event Project Manager will lead on large scale projects from start to finish where you will be the lynch pin on each project pulling together event logistics, production, creative and content by working with internal departments as well as external suppliers. From concept to completion you will take the lead in this client facing role, managing the budget and ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.

About you

From an events agency background (essential) you must have led on your own large scale event projects from start to finish (ideally big conferences, awards or internal events) understand event logistics and production and have worked in a process driven way. Amazing opportunity for career progression! This role will manage own projects and have budget responsibility! Drivers license and own car needed. 2 days min, ideally 3 in office per week depending on commuting distance.
