Royall in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the production and delivery of standout B2B conferences and brand experiences for globally recognised brands. You’ll shape concepts, manage live delivery, and ensure seamless on-site execution from brief to debrief.

This role blends creative thinking with rigorous project management, budget control, and strong client relationships, operating in a hybrid setup with three days in the office. Excellent benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Must have event agency experience delivering B2B corporate events and conferences.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex live events.
• Strong budgeting and supplier negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept & creativity: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop engaging event concepts.
• End-to-end delivery: Lead projects from scoping through post-event debrief.
• Project & budget management: Own plans, timelines and budgets, coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Client & stakeholder relationships: Build trusted client partnerships and guide them.
• Production & suppliers: Source and negotiate with suppliers for production and staging.
• Problem-solving: Anticipate challenges and protect quality, budgets and deadlines.
• Team leadership & collaboration: Work with Directors and teams, mentor juniors.
• Business development: Contribute to pitches and identify opportunities.

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Senior Project Manager to lead the production and delivery of standout B2B conferences and brand experiences for globally recognised brands.

From shaping initial concepts and developing creative ideas to managing complex production and delivering seamlessly on site, you’ll take ownership from brief to debrief, bringing together strategy, creativity and technical expertise to create experiences that make a lasting impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Concept & creativity: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop engaging event concepts, interpret client briefs and contribute to pitches and presentations.
• End-to-end delivery: Lead projects from initial scoping and planning through pre-production, live delivery and post-event debrief, ensuring every detail is expertly managed.
• Project & budget management: Own project plans, critical paths, timelines and budgets, coordinating multiple workstreams and overseeing supplier costs, purchase orders and financial reconciliations.
• Client & stakeholder relationships: Build trusted client partnerships, understand their objectives and confidently guide them towards the best creative and practical solutions.
• Production & suppliers: Source, brief and negotiate with suppliers, collaborating across technical production, creative, content, set design and staging to bring ambitious ideas to life.
• Problem-solving: Anticipate challenges, navigate changing requirements and find smart solutions while protecting quality, budgets and deadlines.
• Team leadership & collaboration: Work closely with Project Directors, Executive Producers and wider agency teams, supporting junior colleagues and sharing best practice.
• Business development: Contribute to pitches and presentations, identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business development.

• Proven experience delivering complex B2B conferences, corporate events and premium brand experiences.
• A strong blend of creative thinking and rigorous project management, with the confidence to take ideas from concept to reality.
• Excellent commercial acumen, including budgeting, supplier negotiation and financial control.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, calm and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating outstanding live experiences.
