Hybrid Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to own a portfolio of live projects, lead Project Engineers and site teams, and be the main client contact. You’ll be confident managing budgets and programmes, and comfortable coordinating subcontractors on rail, tunnels and highways infrastructure.

The role offers ownership of ongoing projects within a growing team, with funded competencies and a clear onboarding plan. A UK driving licence and relevant safety qualifications are required.

Competenze

• Experience delivering M&E, electrical or security systems projects in live infrastructure environments such as rail, tunnels or highways.
• Recognised project management qualification in PRINCE2 or APMP.
• Site safety qualification SMSTS and construction site card CSCS/ECS.
• Strong budget and programme management with client-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver projects across their full lifecycle, from handover to close-out, on time and on budget.
• Produce and maintain programmes and report progress.
• Control project finances: cost tracking, forecasting and valuations.
• Act as main client contact, providing regular progress updates.
• Lead Project Engineers and site teams; coordinate subcontractors.
