Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Engineering & Capital Projects to lead the delivery of capital investments across the Highland Spring Group.

Based primarily at The Ochils in Blackford, with travel to other sites and suppliers, this is a 37.5-hour-per-week role reporting to the Group Engineering & Projects Manager, guiding projects from concept through commissioning and handover while ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital investment projects in manufacturing/FMCG or related industrial environments.
• Strong project planning and controls experience.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations; professional qualifications (APM/PRINCE2/PMP) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through the full project lifecycle
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, forecasts and schedules
• Coordinate teams across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance and HSE
• Manage consultants, contractors, OEMs, suppliers and delivery partners
• Support site installation, commissioning and operational handover
• Balance safety, quality, cost and operational priorities
