Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end commercial office, mixed-use and refurbishment projects for investor and occupier clients. You will manage briefs, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover while maintaining strong client relationships and project controls.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering commercial/office projects within a consultancy environment.
• Strong capability across cost, programme, risk and procurement.
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration fundamentals.
• Confident stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality reporting and controls.
• MRICS (or working toward) MCIOB.
• Experience across both investor and occupier projects.
• Familiarity with governance-heavy client environments and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out.
• Act as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing clear commercial and programme advice.
• Managing consultant and contractor teams: appointments, scopes, deliverables, governance and reporting.
• Developing and controlling programmes, budgets, risk registers and project controls.
• Running procurement routes and tender processes (incl. RFPs / ITTs, bid evaluation, recommendations).
• Delivering contract administration (predominantly JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions and progress certification (as applicable to the commission).
• Managing stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams and supply chain.
• Supporting fee proposals, business development and cross-selling across the PDS platform.
• Driving quality, H&S and compliance aligned to C&W governance and client standards.
