Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager with occupier fit-out experience to lead and deliver project management assignments for high-profile clients. You will be part of the occupier fit-out team, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality targets while building strong relationships.

You will contribute to the growth and development of the practice by guiding governance, processes and cross-functional collaboration across projects in Central London.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Holder of a construction/property related academic qualification (this could be your degree).
• Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
• Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Delivery experience as day-to-day project lead.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure.
• A passion for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for our clients.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Help establish overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance).
• Ensure quality, safety, health and environment issues are monitored.
• Set up effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Produce detailed project plans and progress reports.
• Advise on resource procurement and budgets.
• Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
• Monitor performance management and change control.
• Manage project finances and client communications.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in bids.
