Job summary

SQLI UK in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise eCommerce initiatives. You’ll own scope, timelines and budgets while aligning with business goals and ensuring quality across design, prototype and build.

Collaborating with designers, developers, architects and QA, you’ll manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and contribute to new business through proposals and pitches in a hybrid London work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex digital projects in an agency or enterprise setting.
• Deep knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise eCommerce solutions such as Magento/Adobe Commerce and Shopify.
• Collaborative, hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital initiatives from concept to launch, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Act as a strategic bridge between clients, development teams, and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks using structured frameworks.
• Maintain quality across design, prototype and build.
• Optimise resources and budget delivery within scope.
• Provide trusted client advocacy and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to new business activities including proposals and pitches.
