Job summary

Prosper Consulting in Cambridge seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead projects across theatres, affordable housing, private residential, leisure and education. You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams across Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ UK consultancy experience, MRICS or MCIOB, and strong Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration skills. The firm offers a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, enhanced leave, and APC support.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

• 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
